Although we were confronted with many challenges in 2023, we also achieved meaningful progress, thanks to your generous support and contribution. Today, WITHHEBRON and Hebron Medical Center are at a critical juncture. We have focused on qualitative growth for the last five years, and our primary goal going forward is to further develop professional competency in local healthcare workers and grow into a more sustainable organization. This will not be an easy feat. Conducting effective capacity-building, bolstering healthcare leadership and meeting Cambodia’s growing needs and expectations while maintaining our organizational identity will be possible only if we work towards these objectives together.
